Hey guys, just grabed some pics of my latest mods. I upgraded from the 17" premium wheels to the 18" polished and installed some JBA axel backs.

#1 thes197 bullitts look cheap
#2 that exhuast is way too quiet, sounds like stock to me...
#3 LOSE THE MUD FLAPS

so if i was u ide invest in a set of rims that actually have a machined lip, lower it, get an o/r crossover, a cowl hood or hood scoop wouldnt be a bad idea, maybe a chin spoiler of some kind too. but right now it looks and sounds like every other s197 gt out there.

#1 Well they were cheep ($600 wheels and tires) but I like them. Though I am thinking of powder coating them black.
#2 Yes, not a ton louder than stock, but when I add the Bassanni x-pipe I did not want it to be crazy loud.
#3 I live in Ohio and the winters really tear up the roads, little rocks and gravel everywhere. Those things really help keep my bumper in great conditon. My previous car, a 95 v6 stang, was all scratched up behind the wheels. I suppose I could get the GT500 mud flaps, but they don't seem like the give good enough coverage.

Looks good.
I've been thinking of going the same route with mine but, I want the wheels to have a lip on them. I really like that old school look.

I know, but I have not saved up enough for a decent winter car yet :(. This was the first priority after college.

I hear ya. Fot me I, am going for a modern theme. One of the reasons I picked the JBA's. I want my stang to sound like it belongs in the 21st century. Just my perferance thats all.
