I got a true story here to tell
A city in Texas installed cameras that took your picture if you ran a red light, than you would get a ticket mailed in. This brought in ALOT of revenue. Well after awhile no one was running red lights and the revenue was going down.
So the city put it in the newspaper saying that they were turning off there cameras. Just so they can bring in some revenue.
which city? i don't think houston would turn theirs off

it was Dallas that did that. not sure when but that is what my boss told me

I used to love DUI checkpoint night at the very west end of Sunset. Had a buddy who ran a bar that was just before the checkpoint so he would call us when they were setting up and we would cab it to the bar and sit on the patio and cheer the cops everytime someone would make an illegal U-Turn to try and avoid the checkpoint and one of about twenty MC cops hiding in the bushes would fly out and catch them.
