why is this site so slow??? it takes a long time to refresh pages. is there some settings i need to change??

^ +1, i am having the same problem. I have a cable modem and all the other sites i go to have no problem coming up. But most of the time i click on a post or select a sub forum i will have to refresh it a bunch of times or open the site again, it is a real pain.
