It's not on a Mustang, it's on my mom's Ford Escape. I changed the oil for her and the dash still indicates it needs an oil change. Anyone know how to clear it?

The reset procedure for this is simple once you know how to do it. Underneath the radio there are six buttons. The third one over is the "Info" button and the fourth one over is the "Set" button. Press the info button several times until it displays System Check. Press the set button to enter the check. If the first item to come up is not oil life then press the button until oil life is displayed. It likely says 0%. Press and hold the set button to reset the oil life to 100%

google is your friend, slappy.

There is an oil button in the fuse box. Press it for 3 seconds and it should reset the oil light

yea, thats right, unless its an '08. For the '08 all you need to do is hit the "setup" button twice i believe. Then it will tell you to hold "reset" for new oil.
Ta da.

Drain the oil and start her up. Let it run for 10 minutes and you should be okay.
