I hate to say it, but get used to it. These hood scoops do not fit well on our cars. Mine came stock and I still have areas that don't sit flush with the hood. You may want to place some 3M tape in these areas if you don't plan on removing it in the near future.

yeah... I ditched the hood scoop for the very same reason. If I ever put one back on, it'd be a functional shaker style.
just my $0.02
Oh, and if you use 3M tape, and decide to change your mind, good luck! I had a hell of a time getting my old one off without scratching my hood (or warping it... which I ended up doing very slightly). But that was just my story... bought the car with the scoop on so I'm not sure of the scoop's history, all I knew was supposedly it hadn't been on very long before I decided to take it off!!!
Unfortunately, the shaker will not cover the holes in our hoods.

is there any way to like head the scoop and bend it or someting a body shop can do professionally to make it fit flush.

what's it made of - fiberglass? if it is it can be bonded to the hood for seamless look
or if you wanted, but there'd be no turning back unless you couldn't get it and then had it bonded isthat you could try to plane the bottom side to match your hood better...take a lil off here and there to make it sit flush...but if it's fiberglass, the sun may end up warping it anyway...
just thought of something i've seen (not on these cars specifically)......you could maybe get away with a gasket mounted between your body and the scoop so that it would squish down more where tight and fill in the bigger gaps, but then you'd see a line around the bottom that got thick and thin...hmmm.......
