What intake and exhaust setup are you doing? You could possibly get by without another tune but you might as well get one so you can maximize the gains from the new parts.
get a tune. u do NOT want to be doing things cheap with your cobra... i have seen stock pistons break from detonation on these cars, because they were running too lean... and im talking even 430 hp cobras (not even the big boys), destroying pistons from lean conditions....
Get a custom dyno tune... do not cut corners with ur car...

Well, after the intake/exhaust install take it to a dyno and see what the A/F is... you might need minor adjustments, but i agree with MFJ, do not cheap out when it comes to the tune on these cars..

I'd be more worried about the intake then the catback... just install it and run it on the dyno and check the A/F.. im sure it'll be fine, but better safe then sorry.. the 50 bucks for the dyno is better then 5 grand for a new motor build.
