Placement of Tweeters

For those of you who have an 05+, where do you reccomend installing tweeters?  Any of you have pics?

best place to put them is as close as possible to the woofer.

I'll have an 8" sub at the bottom of the door, a 5.25 woofers in the 6x8 hole, and the tweeters.  Are you suggestion I mount the tweeters toward the bottom of the door near the sub?  If so, I'm afraid that would be firing into legs etc.

I've recently heard a couple setups in other cars in which the tweeters were on the A-pillars firing across from each other, but slightly up and away from the windhield.  I thought this sounded great.  Would this be okay in our cars?

A pillars cross-firing has been popular in systems and is better the putting them in the sail panels.  Hard part is making look good while doing it......

most have them taped or screwed into the pillar and look very noticeable and some times takcy (depending on the size of the tweet).

That's about as good as you can get with our setup. Pillars suck on here.Where did you put the crossovers?

Your tweeter install looks great!  I would also like to know where you put the crossover, I hope to install my front speakers this weekend.  Do you have any other pictures of your install?

They normally come with the mounting parts needed to flush mount it like that.  All you need is a hole-saw and make sure there is enough room under the panel for the tweeter.
