I can't belive Esurance wants 250 bucks a month to insure my 1978 Mustang II, 250 a month WOW. I'm 18, PERFECT driving record, good grade discount all that jazz. But I guess having no tickets counts for nothing.  It's ****ing 30 years old and still want 250 a month. OH and a ford lightning they want 310 a month. How come a supercharged v8 truck is only 60 more than a tin can N/A v8? I don't get it.

Sure i'm ONLY 18 but come on 250??

Insurance is such a scam, who needs it, what's it good for? Nothing. Does it protect you from tickets, no. It doesn't pay for it. Accidents, it really doesn't do anything for you. It's not like you couldn't make the person who hit you pay for your damage, if they don't that's why they have small claims courts, and municipal courts.

why should insurance pay for breaking the law?

they still aren't a bunch of angels though.  several people have to get on their insurance's ass to get cash for a wrecked car or whatever payment their insurance covers.

You could always find something that you can afford.  You could save some money along the way and cash in a few years down the road on something sweet.  Some people think that just because they can afford the car payment, that they can afford the car.

Mine is $600 for full coverage.  By the way that's $600 per year.  You'll like your 25th b-day I guarantee it.

Younger people have higher insurance rates. It also depends on how good your coverage is.

try telling the insurance companies that. men's insurance rates are always higher than women's.

I think people are retarded for paying more in insurance than the car is worth due to their age. That is a rediculous waste of money. I pay $200 a month  for my stangs and truck, full coverage, full modifications coverage, $45 a day rental car, expenses for if I get in a wreck out of town are covered, all kinds of stuff. It just dropped by $40 last month since I hit 6 months with progressive. As soon as me and the gf get married and buy our house it'll go down again.

As long as you are a high risk, oyou gotta pay to play, once your risk drops, you're less inclined to play and therefore your risk of loss drops.
