I hate generalizations. I hate when people say "well people in the south are blah blah blah" or "people in the north are so and so". Guess what? Living in a certain region might increase the probability of the people in that area thinking a certain way about particular things, but by no means does it mean you can lump everyone into the same category. You can have one neighborhood full of people that feel comepletely different about everything. You can have racists in the north, you can have well educated colored people in the south. Ughh. Enough with the generalizing. And you can't say people in the south are nice, or anything else. Everyone has their own individual qualities. There can be nice people, or assholes, anywhere. Not every single person in a specific place is going to feel the same way about stuff, or share the same views.
What the hell does it matter, south or north? Seriously. None of you were alive when the two were seperated. They aren't now, so get over it. We are the United States. UNITED. Doesn't matter if you live in New York, or Florida. If you still take sides for north and south, you are no better than black people that still piss and moan about their ancestors being slaves, or indians that whine about their ancestors land being taken away. You weren't born then, it's not that way now, so build a bride and get over it.

V-6 is for real drivers. Go buy a Jetta if you want gas mileage and a chicks car. Buy a V-8 Mustang if you have no driving ability and need the extra horsepower to compensate and feel like you''''''''re fast.

this was just a pretty civil discussion. i still don't know why you came in here to tell everyone to 'suck it up' or 'build a bride and get over it' when it never got out of hand, and it was pretty much over before you had to bump it to the top.

It still is civil. But it's ridiculous to cling to something that doesn't matter, and hasn't for years. And there are plenty of people in this thread doing just that.
