what do i do
HELP!!!!!PLEASE!!!!!!1
Doommaker 04-28-2008, 09:32 PM Get your "friends" to pay for a new paint job, then give them a slow painful death?
speedstang06 04-28-2008, 09:33 PM Sue the company that made it because it shouldnt take off your clear coat... It should be safe to use if they are selling it.
skitso 04-28-2008, 09:54 PM im not big into legal stuff
the problem of getting them pinned down and actually pay
Doommaker 04-28-2008, 10:04 PM I'm not either, that's why the best way to do it is to get your friends to pay up. Then if they don't like it they can sue the company lol. But don't let it slide, your paint is fuked and it's not your fault.
Stangcrazy86 04-28-2008, 11:01 PM id be pissed too! especially if you luv ur car as much as i do! Tell them to cough up the doh or sue the company although i think they say not to put on body and if it dripped i dont think the company could be held responsible

pitmitch910 04-29-2008, 10:18 PM u mite be able to buff it a bit to make it not so obivious to u get ur friends to pay up their debt
smoke96 04-29-2008, 10:52 PM heres what you do, go to graffiti sites, there is stuff to remove the paint from the paint marker without hurting your paint. look up graffiti remover. my friends do graffiti so its the only reason i know about the stuff.

ooooh yeah!
Dan04COBRA 04-30-2008, 09:37 AM Are you sure it removed your clear coat and didn't leave a sticky residue and that's why dirt sticks to it?
What have you done to try cleaning up the areas it stuck to?
Did they use the actual window chalk markers dealers/used car lots use to write on the windshield?

I SERIOUSLY doubt that it took off your clear coat. Do a full detail INCLUDING CLAY (most importantly) and I'm certain you won't have any problem with dirt there anymore.
20Mustang00 05-01-2008, 06:37 PM You can actually get them in trouble for vandalism... Someone i knew was taggin someones car and they got a ticket... One time i did a complete car wash on my car and it looked really good... some of my friends tagged my car but they used A LOT... i mean now when i open the door it is in the hinges under the trunk... ITS every where!...
skitso 05-01-2008, 11:04 PM its little chunks
like it is holes not sure exactly how deep it went i had a bunch of layers of wax
so i think its just the surface i talked to my uncle he said rubbing compound bbut he says that for everything
306stang 05-03-2008, 06:54 PM Get em to pay up. Friends or not.
skitso 05-04-2008, 01:20 PM good news rubbing compound worked along with the 10 layers of wax
keeping the stuff from my paint
Lando7886 05-04-2008, 10:44 PM i was gunna say compound but you have to be careful not to use to much or you will take off the clear coat
Burtonsnow157 05-05-2008, 10:08 AM get them to pay for it to be fixed completely. i told my friends when i got my car that if they did anything i.e: saran wrap, tagging it, whathave you, that i'd beat their a$$es
skitso 05-05-2008, 05:00 PM problem is im 17 and 185 and like 5'7
there all 6'-3"-4"
and 200 plus
there no small task and there all 23 or older
NotStok 05-06-2008, 02:17 AM Clay the area really well. If it hasn't embedded itself too deep in there you should be able to pull it out of your paint. If it's just glass chalk it's not that lethal.
buster 05-06-2008, 09:53 AM don't know what to say.....clay bar maybe?..... it seems to get most things off my car including paint overspray. Good luck though
