roush supercharger and high flow cats
im gonna be installing a roush supercharger on my car and im thinking of adding a high flow cat xpipe. will i need tune for this. ill be using the factory roush tune. also how does the high flow cat system sound compared to the o/r pipes. i had the o/r pipe but it sounded a little to ricey for my during accleration. will the high flow cat system be relatively quiet like stock cause i would like to hear the whine of the supercharger also:).

p51 chargers are on their way, you can also get the forged internals added to the sale. im patiently waiting...i think no matter what your pipes sound like the whine will be apparent

RE: roush supercharger and high flow cats
High-flow cats change the sound a little bit. It added a little bit more low rumble to mine and the cats were the only thing I changed. I went from a BassaniX-pipe with regular cats to high-flows because one of my cat's insides (no Jazzer...not one of my pet cats' [:o]) were starting to rattle.

well from whhat i gather your gonna want forged internals with aything over 475 or 500 hp, or ya may blow it. roush is basically offering to let you keep your warranty as long as you get forged internals, heres a snipit from stage 3 motorsports
