Hey everyone

I've decided to go with the K&N air Filter over an CAI, and I also got a single GT muffler. Just wantede to thank everyone for their inputs. I haven't recieved any of these parts yet, and was wondering about the sound difference in the GT muffler.
Anyone done this and have a wav file?

I've read in other threads that the muffler is a 15-20 minute swap. No problems, it's a direct replacement using the existing hangars. I'll be doing it soon myself.

curious, does the V6 have the air restrictor honeycomb like the V8?

Haven't even looked into that yet. That's a good question. I have heard mixed reviews on the removal of it. I don't even know if it worth removing.

The V6 (or at least my V6) doesn't have the vapor trap (honeycomb air restrictor)

Thanks, my bud just got a 05 V6, didn't look in his motor yet...and I had no idea it was called a vapor trap =P
