You have a solid axle...? so, I don't see it as a problem. Not sure it would be an issue with IRS, but a suspension bolt comes into play with wider wheels in back.
My 10.5"s are +45 mm, I think, and have no issues on my '02 with 2" drop. I have 1/2" spacers installed as well to move the wheel to the edge of fender so, worse case scenario, you could do the same.
