OK serious question cause i can't find anything about it on the web.

everyone wants a CAI for their car because of density or some other stuff like that... can't remember right now too tired.

but what would happen if u put a FMIC on a N/A car?  you wouldn't lose air flow if u had a larger intercooler...

would u pick up any power at all?  or would it be a MAJOR waste of time and money.

I agree. It wouldn't cool the air past the temperature you could get from a fender well. The air cooling the intercooler won't cool the air in the intercooler any colder than the outside air temperature. And about air flow...you would lose air flow because the air would be slowing down while it flowed through the intercooler. If bigger was always better, our intakes would be like mufflers. The only reason the silencer kinda looks that way is because it's making it quieter. I guess I kinda over elaborated, but the just of it is "Waste of time and money."
