I love the forum, and hope to ask you all for information on making my wife's Mustang a sharp and classy ride with a suckerpunch surprise under the hood. I have only recently done some asthetic changes. GT wheels and window tinting. I have a few home projects to finish before I can turn my attention to the car. I am going to read as much as I can before I ask too many dumb questions. I'll try not to be a pain the a$$.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, that's what the forum is for. Nice looking car though.
One piece of advice. Take some dental floss or fishing line, and take off that door guard/strip off the side of the car. Free mod, and will make it look 100% better. :)
The door strips are gone!! Thanks for the free mod!! The wife and I want do a few more cosmetic upgrades. We would like to do the Cobra front facia, looking to upgrade into a custom exhaust, and of course there's the engine/HP upgrades. I think that the interior is going to be last on the list. We are also going to re-paint the car, same color. We may lower the car a couple inches. I shall read on and post pics as we progress.
Welcome to MF! Why are you repainting the car... do you have bad scratches/dents?
Yes the car has a few minor dings and scratches, but the re-paint is still a year or so away. I still have to get the front and rear facias and hood to complete the look we want. Once we get all the pieces then we'll get ready for paint. Right now the focus is going to be on performance and handling. We bought the car with 28K on it and it was a fleet vehicle.
The sky is the limit when it comes to modding these cars. There are numerous performance and appearance options, so you can really customize yours to be unique. Have fun and welcome!

Welcome to the forums.....
Manual or automatic?
Dings and paint swirling might not warrant a re-paint.....a good dent removal place, and a random orbital machine polisher might save you a lot of $$. Something to consider anyways....
CAI and custom tune would be a good performance mod.......especially for an automatic.
Wow! thats a lot of great looking Ponies on here. I can't stop looking at the gallery.
We are going to re-paint the car so that we can get one solid looking car. While it will not be a show car, we want people who drive, walk, or park next to it, to say "Daaaaaaaamn!, thats nice!!" or "Honey can we get one like this?!"
There are a lot of scuffs and scrapes, scratches, and a little fading (door guards).
