heres some pics of the car after i blacked out the tail lights and trun signals and installed clear side markers... let me know what y'all think about 'em. i did something a little different that i havent seen on any of our cars yet with the reverse lights...

the fronts turned out very black as did the third brake light. the tails however had a slight reddish tint (seen in the pics) in the light. when in the shade though they were black. ill take some pics when the sun goes down of them black...

cool...i like how you cut out the reverse lights...tails pry look a lil red because they're designed to be reflective anyway, i believe...looks good...so when you did clear markers, did you black them too, or leave em clear?

I never did like that chin -- it's too big and squared off too much.
It makes the front look like Abraham Lincoln.
Nothing wrong with my boy Abraham; he did good and all.
It's just that he belongs on the penny, not a Mustang.

I like the wheels.

Rear looks good but the clear white side marker does not blend in well IMO

Would you be able to smoke the tail markers? That might make the back end *completely* clean.

How'd you cut out the square for the reverse lights? Did you cut it off after you put the film over it or did you buy it like that from somewhere? link?

You know, I wasn't a fan of that chin until I saw the side profile pic. Looks really good now, gives it a good retro look.

i used the spray tint from american muscle. taped over the reverse lights and cut the tape wit ha razor so i'd get good clean lines along the edge, then painted and peeled the tape off. pretty simple... just make sure you cover your car in newspaper before you paint. that stuff will get everywhere.
