Can you guys post up some pics of all the chin spoiler options on a V6 (no GT bumpers please) and links to where you bought the parts?

cdc...got it at cal mustang...insatlled and painted at galpin auto sports.....

hope this helps...i like cause it deflects the rocks that would otherwise be banging up my front bumper.

I have the same CDC spoiler as PhunnyGuyfor the v6 bumper. Mine is painted black.

CDC Chin (least aggressive)
3D Carbon Front Air Dam
Fang Chin (i have this one)
Cervini's Chin (most aggressive)

i dont think getting a chin spoiler for the v6 will be worth it, b/c imo, they arent exactly ALOT cheaper than other options, and dont look very good either. just my 0.02

mine from cervinis. 210+shipping. 40 bucks to paint. it was in the ball park of 280 total. but i did all of the paint/install myself.

I'm set on a chin spoiler, just a lot to choose from, and even more places to buy from. I like my PP front end a great deal so I see no need for a GT bumper.

alright, but just an fyi, there are many bumpers out there that fit the original v6 bumper, such as the CS6

^thats the CS6 front. although the grill shown there is not your avg v6 grill, it is actually the same as the OEM V6 grill from ford.

CDC V6 Chin here. Picked it up at a car show that CDC was at with installers. They installed it and used my car for the day to show the chin and hood pin appearance kit while I walked around. I paid $260 for the chin and hood pins.

Since no one else has posted it. I have the 3DCarbon lip. Was about $300 painted. Can't remember where I got it though. I've had it for a couple years.

Giddup, I like yours! I just receive my Fang. I am also doing the painting & install. I got mine strait from Fang. it was 199 plus shipping. About 220. to my house.

3D Carbon is the best chin out there IMO, the best look for front end on our 6ers without replacing the front bumper altogether...

I'm gonna disagree and say that I like the fang the best. JMO

I thought about the 3DC but I didn't like the lines of it, didn't seem to match well with the front end to me. Plus it wasn't very aggressive.

A guy on another forum that went with a GT front conversion. I think I pm'd him 5 minutes after he advertized it was for sale. I didn't even have to think about it.

but mine is going back in the shop tomorrow, the 3M tape supplied with it didnt hold at all,either the shop that painted/installed didnt properly do it, or somethign else went wrong because right now the only thing holding it on is the screws in the wheel well and the 2 angle bracets it came with(its basically handing off all the way across the front). so i told them to make some form of brackets or use self tapping screws across the front in addition to the tape

I got mine off ebay paid $248 shipped for it IMO best looking chin out there for the 4.0's its low aggresive matches well with the stock side skirts and I've yet to see anyone else with one plus its made out of polyurethane so its extremely flexible it comes in a flat black coat so it goes well unpainted also. That thing actually fits? How'd you do that?

the custom piece bolts directly to the the GT500 chin spoiler. The chin spoiler is attached to the car's fascia. The deluxe kit comes fully assembled with all hardware pre-installed for easy installation.

Hey guys/gals didn't mean for there to be any confussion my lip spoiler is not the same as that gt500 one thats been modified to fit the v-6 above, mine can be purchased directly from the ebay seller I posted the link to earlier in this thread. Not sure the brand but it does fit well and IMO look good, sorry for any confusion BW
