Well, yesterday I was pulling in the garage, and the auto window up was not working for the drivers side.  I did feel that the button was getting that extra second level click too(like normal).  I drove it again last night, same thing.  Today, I get in it, and it is working like nothing ever happened.  Anyone ever experience this?  I was going to bring it in to Ford, but you know how that goes since it is now working.

Try resetting it by holding it in the up position for a couple of seconds after it is fully rolled up.  I think that resets the little 1/2 inch rollup that it does at the upper limit.  Take a look in the owner's manual.

Anyway, might not have any impact since yours is failing fully open, but worth a try.

I had the same problem desant.  Seemed like it only did it to me when it was raining, but I'm not exactly sure what the problem might be.  It hasn't happened in I don't know how long so I haven't had to take it in or anything.

Good info.  If it happens to me again, I will bring it in.  At least I can say I have heard of it a few times now.  Did you all have it happen to the Drivers side Window only also?

Mine happens on the time on either window.  I just perform a reset and don't sweat it.

Maybe they wired your Kenwood to your window. Try turning up the volume.

Funny evil...The really funny part is, that I had the radio replaced the next day.  I am sure glad it happened before that or I would be blaming them for sure.
