Daily driver, except when it snows. 34 mile round trip to work.
1/4 louvers in satin silver
rear blackout, flat black vinyl
sequential tail lights
duals with GT takeoffs
SCT Xcal 2 Bama tunes, 87 performance mostly
Che 4 point k brace. I did this after i finally got the nasty thunk noise fixed.
And I had Big O fill my tires with nitrogen. Haven't had to add any in 6 months.
Oh, and my ford floor mats from autozone.

I've done a few things to my Pony Package coupe, which is my daily driver:
- C&L intake
- Custom tunes by Evolution Performance (87, 93, Race)
- PHP alternator pulley
- Dual GT take-off mufflers, with x-pipe and all Ford parts
- 7.5" 4.10:1 Ford gears and T-Lok
- CHE lower control arms
- BMR upper control arm
- PH aluminum driveshaft & front safety loop
- K-member w/ torque limiters
- CHE severe duty adjustable panhard bar
- Line Locks
- Street: 275/50R17 Nitto NT450 on 17x8" Ford Bullitts (rear)
- Track: 275/50R17 M&H DR's on 17x9" replica Bullitts
- Slate Metallic wide hood stripes by BSM
- Spoiler delete
Planned:
- Fidanza lightweight aluminum flywheel (ordered)
- SPEC stage 2 clutch (soon)
- Competition Engineering 3-way rear shocks (ordered)
- Wideband AFR gauge
- SUPER-SECRET TRACK-ONLY Mod (SSTO still being developed by in-house R&D dept)
Best ET to-date: 14.312 @ 95.67mph (w/ a 60' of 1.942)

I don't know about the 06, but for the 07 MyColor was part of the IUP. (Interior Upgrade Package). I'm guessing that you don't have IUP?

The MyColor feature is part of the Interior Upgrade Package (IUP), which IIRC is a separate option from the Pony Package.

Polished Billet Grill, GT takeoff rockers, Airraid CAI, FR500 Wheels, Nitto 555's, Painted mirror covers. Waiting on Aluminum door sills and Mustang tribar center caps for the FR500's Also GT take-off swaybars. Almost forgot! Fang Chin Spoiler!
Hopefully in the next year dual exhaust.

Can you actually feel the difference between a stock drive shaft and an aluminum drive shaft? $455 seems a little high unless there is a big difference between the two.

Yes, you can feel a huge difference with the aluminum shaft. When I had it installed it was amazing how much "lighter" the car felt, and it accelerates much quicker. The ride is smoother too; I hit the expressway right after putting the 4" Shaftmasters on and the car hit highway speed so quick, and beyond with no vibration that I though for sure I'd get a ticket. If you feel any vibration now the aluminum DS will take it out - I had a vibration that of course the dealership could never feel and said the only vibration they could detect was my exhaust - when I took the service manager out with the new Shaftmasters, he admitted that there had to be a driveshaft vibration before because he couldn't feel anything after the DS swap.
The car accelerates quicker - I swapped the driveshaft and when I went to the track that weekend I hit a new personal best and the only change was the DS.
