right, because it'd be impossible to make it with welds and metal 
the first cars were planks with wheels and engines on them
besides, wheres your water powered car?

Sure, a water powered car is a great idea. What, with all the water shortages in the majority of the world, and the dropping water tables in the U.S. it sounds like a dandy idea.

of course if sea leavels really are rising that might be a good way to combat it.......we need you to drive more!

I would hope Mr. Sparkle is talking about hydrogen, not water...as in Hydrogen fuel cell cars. And yes, they are out there. Honda is giving away 3,000 of them to be tested as we speak. Why aren't they mass produced? Becuase they are not efficient. Right now we put more energy into seperating hydrogen from oxygen than we get from hydrogen alone...
Hydrogen while it seems like a nice idea, is not the REAL future. The REAL future is in Solar. Solar is the ultimate in renewable energy......... It doesn't matter how many people use it at the same time. How cool is that yo?

For the amount of energy needed, you would need MASSIVE amounts of surface area to put those solar panels.

it'd be easier if people weren't so spoiled by there car.... driving 1 mile to get mcdonalds... or across campus to goto the library...
hell even driving to the end of the driveway to get the mail!!!!
