Dan04 - have you ever heard or seen the trick of spraying your engine with Tire Foam? It looks fantastic....gives everything that wet/shiney look, and if your engine is really clean (properly degreased prior) before coating it, then it will look better than the day it rolled off the show floor. But Tire Foam is greasy and attracts more dust & grime so it doesn't work well on daily drivers, unless you feel like wiping it all down frequently. CD-2 does the same thing, but it is made for engines so it bakes on as you drive, thus is not as greasy and does not build up as much dust & grime. I usually coat my engine with it 4-5 times a season and it keeps it looking new. I will be posting some pics (maybe later tonight) of my boss' Mazda Miata that I just spent nearly 8 hours on doing a complete 4-step, interior & engine bay detail. The engine bay was VERY grimey because it had never been cleaned in its 8 year, 32k mile life. After using Engine Bright to degrease it and blowing it all dry with the air comp., the engine bay looks better than the day it was built [:)] I'll try to get 'em posted tonight so you can see what CD-2 can do for the engine bay.
