I'm about to order the Borla Stinger cat back system for my '03 Cobra. I have a MAC o/r H-pipe I plan to run with it and just wanted to see if anybody had an opinion about I should expect. All similar set-up's I've found online have all been with catted X-pipes or o/r X's, none with the o/r H-pipe. If anybody has an opinion or knows first hand what I should expect from this set-up, please post away!!!!
I run Borla Stingers with a catted Bassani X and it sounds bas ass, I get alot of compliments. Deep and throaty. I originally had the cats out but it was crazy loud, sounded killer but loud. I put the cats in only so I didn't attract too much attention, not sure if that helped keeping me incognito or not but I tried LOL.

It's VERY loud, and sounds excellent. Of course you'll get a bit of the uncatted + straight through rasp at certain RPMS, but it's nothing to worry about when compared to the sound you'll get.

I dont know if you heard the magnaflow magnapacks before but Im trying to get rid of a catback. its the same type of mufflers as the stingers and it has 3.5" polished tips and its all welded together. Im looking to get $300+shipping.

it will be loud as hell. one of my buddies has them on his o4 with hiflow cats and he is trading them out for something else becasuse he thinks they are too loud and draw to much attention.
`borla is cream of the crop, it will sound good. the h pipe wont be as loud as the x. if its to loud you can always change the h pipe and run cats on it....
