Well I finally got around to having some parts I bought a while back installed.  Here's the list and my verdict/opinion of each:

MMR Stage 2 Clutch - Slighty increased pedal effort, but that was to be expected.  Very smooth throughout the release.  Haven't    pushed it yet due to wanting to break it in, but grips smoothly and holds tightly

Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel - Significantly lighter than stock.  Seems to rev a bit quicker and smoother.

BMR Adjustable UCA & bracket - Couldn't believe how thin the metal was the stock ones were made out of.  Made a huge difference in ride quality and smoothness with the 1-piece DS.  I know they say you don't need one of these for switching to the 1-piece DS unless you lower the car, but I highly recommend it.

All in all I am very pleased with the upgrades.  I couldn't believe how much less these parts weighed versus the stock ones.  I'd say approximately 30-40% less.

Congrats

I have a VERY specific question for ya. Once you drive it around a while, please give me/us a report on how the RPM's react when releasing clutch (fall more rapidly, feather the clutch more etc). I am referring to the lack of weight of new flywheel will sometimes make the motor "lag" a bit more as the centrifical weight has been significantly reduced. I understand that you just give a little more throttle, and over-come it, but wondering how much difference there is. I am strongly considering installing an aluminum wheel, but have been told this issue is more prevelant on lower HP cars....... like me

Well Jazzer, I gots your answer.  The RPM's do fall off significantly, but only once they're below 3k.  I haven't pushed it passed 4k, but between 4-3k it falls at a "normal" pace.  I usually shift around 2500 or so, and have to feather out the clutch a little bit.  But then again I gots more HP than you
