I am the technician for these forums. And i usually do TSB's for the V8 Ponys but i just gained knoldege of this one for the V6... I hope it helps someone..

05-8-6 EXHAUST VIBRATION AT 850 RPM - 4.0L ENGINE AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

Publication Date: April 12, 2005

FORD: 2005 Mustang

ISSUE:
Some 2005 Mustang vehicles equipped with a 4.0L engine and automatic transmission, may exhibit an exhaust vibration or resonance at approximately 850 RPM.

ACTION:
Install a damper kit to counter the effects of the vibrating exhaust. Refer to the installation instruction sheet included in damper kit.

my car only does it when it is first started..granted i have a manual tranny but still...its probably only back pressure from when the engine first kicks on...mine goes away after about 30 seconds
