Just putting it together; a nice chicken on the grill, some leftover homemade red skin potato salad, and some peas.

Lunch was EXCELLENT. A filet mignon and three eggs, scrambled, with a generous dash of heavy cream and two large handfuls of grated mexican cheeses. The best eggs I've ever made or ever had.

I had, the most amazing, chicken wings. ever.

The Chicken or the Egg opened today on LBI, nj. They were closed all summer. Wing night, 2.50 for a plate of 5 wings. Now, these wings are ginourmous. Not your crappy little munchie wings, but massive, tasty, delicious wings.

They have like 14 suaces ranging from honey bbq to ludachris. The ludachris wings are absolutly mind blowingly hot. Very very very few people can finish one, without throwing up. Theyve been known for sending people to the hospitcal for sever stomach problems...

they are so delicious. jesus.

*laugh* No but I LOVE cooking and food. Dad was a chef, and the best cook I've ever had the pleasure of... well, of whose stuff I've ever had the pleasure to eat? (That made no sense, but you know what I mean and I am drunk and stoned, so...) I was also the guy who always made the meals for the pothead get togethers:)

Tomorrow I am actually making some tomato sauce... throw a carrot, some celery, some white onion, and some garlic in a cuisinart, chop it up fine, then cook in a little olive oil until the onion turns translucent... then pour in a can of chopped tomatoes, a can of pureed tomatoes, some coarse salt, fresh-ground pepper, thyme, and a touch of oregano, and cook for four or five hours on a low flame. Delicious:)
