I was wondering what is a good site that sells a saleen body kit/hood for a good price? Thanks hope to hear from u guys soon.

what year car do you have?  whatever you do, make sure to get urethane and not fiberglass bumers.  if you hit a curb with fiberglass then its going to tear the bumper to pieces.  fiberglass is cheaper, but thats the reason.

about the cheapest reputable place i have seen the urethane kits are from speedworx   which is a little less than 1200.  ABC exclusive has a urethane saleen kit for about 800 but im not sure how good the quality is.  neither of these kits include the hood, which is probably going to cost you another 400.

If you want to Saleen extractor hood for the 94-98, it'll run you closer to 700.00 plus paint.  However, it is useful it plan on doing a 351w swap or adding a supercharger to give yourself more clearance.  Also Haneymotorsport sells the Saleen kit http://www.shop.hms-store.com/product.sc?categoryId=90&productId=43 for the same price as Speedworx, but they give a discount to MF members.  Contact Casey at HMS and see what deal he can give you on the kit and also if it's even available.  The good quality kits are getting harder to come by.

I wouldn't buy that one.  Cheap fiberglass crap will break in a heartbeat.  Go with a polyurethane or not at all.  It's worth it in the end.

that isnt the original 94-98 saleen kit.  that is basically the 99-04 style molded to fit a 94-98 car.  and im sure those kits need alot of work to fit right.  when it comes to bodykits, you get what you pay for.  the kit itself might be $300 cheaper, but it could very well take an extra $300 in body work to get it to fit right.  thats why alot of the bodykits you see on ricers have the big gaps and everything in them.
