The fact that he stuck his hand out to high 5 the mascot won't work well for him. When he stuck his arm out like that to make physical contact, he assumed the risks associated with it.

I don't see what his staying for the rest of the game has to do with anything. you could tear a tendon and not even feel it, but you'd still need to get it fixed for long term health and have bills to pay.
Seems like if the bull grabbed his arm while falling over, that would be negligent, I guess. Sounds almost like it was an accident, and the bulls should pay for his medical bills and time lost, but not for pain and suffering.

Having been to a bulls game before I believe this. I hate that mascot with a passion I have never seen so many people restrained from fighting a mascot.

in car accidents you pretty much have to sue of you dont have medical insurance. some of the docs will not see you, and stuff like PT will be a no go.
