id make him pay the co pay and all other medical bills that would come out of my pocket.
but not to sue just to make a quick buck

This guys job requires full funcintioning of his arms. Now one of his arms is "out of order" because of what should have been a simple high five.

He wanted a high five, not a messed up arm. He didn't expect the dude to grab him. Sure, the mascot didn't mean to. BUT, when you work in a food resteraunt, and send out undercooked meat, there a reprecussions. Same with most other jobs when you mess up.

No this mascot is evil, I'm not at all kidding. He is a b*tch. I would sue the sh*t out of that bull if I got that chance.
