Does the sound get better or worse when braking?....when turning? You may have a caliper not letting go of disc and making some noise, so how loud is it?

                                                   Jazzer on huh?

I had this on my 94 Cobra.  It was the left caliper pin that was worn out.  I could hear it as I was rolling in neutral real slow and
it would go away if I sped up or stepped on the brakes.

Good luck.

its happening at about 10-40mph, and it is not realy that loud, its more of a vibration as your going down the road... the tires on the front are wavey on the inside of them, and we did just have the front end alingned after replaceing the hubs... what would a worn out pin look like??? cause we just did a brake job on it today and they looked fine but idk??? thanks guys...

Hmm...
That doesn't sound like the same problem I had.  When I lowered my 94 Cobra it was aligned properly but it was wearing out
the inside of my tires until I installed the caster/camber plates.  After the guy dialed those in, I never had that problem.

Did you do any suspension mods. recently?

If tires are wavey on inside, than I suspect your alignment issue may have caused some worn bushings and possibly ball joint during that time. Did you replace the ball joints as well? Jack the car up until the spring until the control arm drops to max, and do a little wigglin' around (< that is a highly technical term and should not be uttered by green-horns) Check all the bushings and look for metal to metal contact on parts. With all that said, seems to me that you would have discovered the above items when you did front end work/alignment.

                           Jazzer is confused

Are your tires slightly feathered on top? Take a close look at the tires themselves and see if the tread has worn kind of bumpy (kinda hard to describe...).

If so, I have this same problem on my 07 rabbit. I get vibration noise between 10-30 mph. The tires wore irregularly because of an alignment issue and so I have to replace the tires. I'm waiting until they're completely worn down and dealing with the noise/vibration.

yeah...it's bizarre. It took me awhile to figure out what it was. Best advice now would be to go get some new tires and get your car realigned (to saleen specs, not GT or Cobra specs...). I'm dealing with it until the 2 tires that are feathered wear out.

yea we just replaced the tires today actualy... but the only thing is the tires we are running are Yokohamma's AVS ES100's and they dont make them anymore so we went with the Yokohamma S-drives for the two new front tires and as soon as we pulled out of Discount tire it was like there was never anything wrong with it so it totaly fixed the problem...
