check this link out. you'll see your part number next to motive. go with the US Gear brand since they are the OEM gear company for FORD. thats what my gear shop highly recommended and installed for me. he also told me that FRPP's were crap (he was referring to the ones made by motive).

if you bought one thing and they sent you another, thats sounds like a broken law to me..

if I buy a mustang, no muthafuga is gonna send me off in a kia. period. (sounds like a comparable situation..lol)

so tell them to ship you what you paid for, and a prepaid shipping label to return the motives, and you will box em back up when you get the chance.

I just had a GT bumper sent to me and the paint melted and bubbled somehow during transit [&:].. now hell is being raised and it wont go out till that bumper is painted nicely and on my car.

point is that you gotta fight for your right.

good luck.

sorry doggy. try the persistent yet calm approach to getting it straightened out first and see how they respond. there's always a chance they will correct the problem without it getting messy. if still no luck, look into any laws that this malpractice violates. use the "better business bureau".

I always joke around with friends at a place with crappy service that I will call the BBB, but I never do.. I wonder how much it will do to change things..

I feel like its comparable to calling the 5-0 in a situation.. like you tattle taled on someone.. but hopefully they get the job done..

if not, throw a fiery cocktale at the rpm warehouse and burn that muthafuga down.
(umm.. very jk)
