Is it a larger than stock throttle body? Did you have the car tuned after the installation?

no its the stock throttle body. The toolbar l;ight comes on every once in a while. I was told its my throttle body but need to know if its just the sensor or entire throttle? If i bought a new throttle body does it come with a new sensor?
