So March 18th I pick up my 06 v6 pony package yellow stang, March 22 some would be car theives/ vandals or just all around punk kinds manage to back her into tree line and cause 8,000 $ in damage. Thank God for insurance, so state farm says oh take it to our approved shop and that will help there be fewer delays. Ok fine just want me car back asap! So they send me to True2form collision repair center.

Well after havin my car for a WEEK just to do a estimate they say ok we can do it blah blah blah. And the manager gives me a time line that says April 30th as my out of shop date. And I am like that wont work i know i can take ti to another shop and get it back sooner plus that is right around my wifes expected due date i will def need a car if she goes into labor and i am at work. So the shop manager Tells my oh that is just a formal estimate based on how many hours we will hav et owork on your car but we think it will really only take a week and a half ( this is on march 27th ). So i say ok figure april 4th or 7th  do I call the shop on the 7th cause i havent heard anything...
Shop manager: Oh hey we just started pulling the car apart today insurance held things up abit, but we have all the parts and you should have it by the 11th or the 14th at the latest.
So I say ok, and wait till the 14th call...
shp manager: oh hey yeah its going into paint today...
Ok so now i call the insurace company hey guys whats the deal explain everything and they are like well we'll call them. so i get a call back and they tell me you will have it by the 18th for sure.
Well the 18th comes and I go to the shop and it STILL ISNT EVEN PAINTED!!!!!!!. So they tell me the painter is going to come in on saturday to do it and i will get the car Back Today. So I call them and they are like well the glass guy has to come do the window today and then we gotta detail it tomorrow ( WTF you cant do a window and detail in 9 hours hell i am not even a body guy and I would have had this thing done by now!!) So I was like FINE, I dont care if i have to tow it out of your shop and take it somewhere else I am takeing my care tomorrow night period! Then they are telling me well we told you it would take till the 30th. the shop manager is not only lieing to me but he is calling me the liar. Keeps saying now that it is a such a big deal and they are so late that he never told me it would only take a week and a half when my wife was right there when he said it lol A**hat!!

Has anyone else dealt with these fools???????? Am I being unreasonable?? Now I am kinda worried about the quality of  the work and  or if they are going to screw something up becasue they seem like real dumba**'s
