like address numbers...just some black and white spray paint, masking tape, and some stencils.  you end up with paint on your hands and stuff but whatever

If you're 17, I assume you are still in school. Given that, it's going to be hard for you to make good money as you aren't going to be able to work 40+ hours...even if you were able to work 40 hours it probably wouldn't be at an appropriate time to make decent pay. Maybe a part time job at a store like some suggested.

When I was your age I worked with disabled children. I'd go to their house and pick them up for 2 hours and take them to do whatever they wanted. One kid I worked with love to go to the drag strip to watch the races. Another liked to go to baseball games. If they couldnt decide what they wanted to do I'd take them to ride go-carts. Back in 1998 I got pail $11 an hour to have fun all day. I even had a company visa card that I could use for the activities we did. It was pretty much the best job on earth. ha ha

I got the job through "Big Brothers - Big Sisters" if you want to check it out. I think they have that program all over the country.

Between the age of 16 and 18 I worked at a flower and landscape nursery and stocked. I was a lifeguard, I was the barboy at a bowling alley and a used car porter at a dealership. Now I'm a car detailer at that dealership.

I worked at Papa Johns when I was in HS, and I loved it. Sure, it got very busy sometimes and you had to really work to keep calm under the pressure. I'd have 6 phone lines on hold, and people lining up in the front of the store, trying to keep up, or working the back, having about 5 seconds to put whatever toppings on that you're responsible for at your station.

But other times it wasn't bad, you'd spend your time folding boxes and chatting or whatever, and there was always bad orders or no pickups in the back to eat. I would have never known that I loved the Spinach Alfredo pizza if it weren't for bad orders in the back. In fact, because of that, I found that it's even better when it's been sitting out for a while and is a little cold.
