Yup. Somebody put a little hotter cam in it at some point, and did a little bit of porting on the head. But other than that nothing on the inside has been touched.
well it looks sick bro keep me posted on it. does it have a turbo upgrade?

Not yet, but I'm working on it. I've got a Holset that could be made to work, just need a few custom lines and such. But I have found another turbo a guy is trying to sell, an SC50R ball bearing turbo he just can't seem to get off of. $1200 turbo that he's trying to sell for $900, and it has never been used. It keeps me thinking since it is basically the optimum turbo for these cars...
I've got a better manifold and a progressive alky injection kit developed for the turbo Buicks, hopefully with those and turbo I can dive into the 12's with the radials. I still need to get ahold of a wideband and fuel pressure guage to be completely comfortable with pushing the car too hard, and with that much more power a better clutch will be needed. After that I hope I will basically be done with making the car faster, but I am sure I will forget that idea pretty quick

I hear that brother. im runnin adjustable fuel pres. regulators with a gauge and a cheap edelbrock air/fuel ratio monitor on my turbod 5.0. i also got a masterpower t70 turbo on it. I say go for that other turbo. im not too familiar with 2.3s but i do know that holset is "THE" turbo for that car. if he cant get rid of it id say offer him like $800. and youll have a awsome turbo!
