someone sent me the email where he wouldn't put his hand over his heart for the pledge of Allegiance.  I think I might understand but I'm not certain.  I voted for him in the primary and I'm still a supporter but can someone enlighten me on this?   Who are you wanting for President?

Yes you should ALWAYS believe things that are emailed.

Bunch of crap, all of it....Got one today telling me how G. Bush's tax cuts were helping low end families and Democrats would "raise your taxes".  I guess they'll never let this scare tactic go.

It's true. They already said they would let the present tax cuts expire, so they go up. Gotta pay for their lame ass programs someway.

They will let the tax cut expire for those making OVER 200,000 per year.

Thats TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS.

If you dont make that much, don't worry about it.

If you do, you're not worrying anyhow

I'm voting for Obama.

Why?

Hillary comes off as entirely too fake.
McCain comes off as 4 more years of Bush.

One of those lame ass programs we need taxes to pay for would be that war georgey boy started.

thats an extremely hard headed comment

it is a big deal, he is going against the grain and is NOT setting a good example for the country by doing that. ALL presidents and high officials should do all actions like this like they have been doing them for the last 200+ years

if he wants to be DIFFERENT and bring CHANGE then he should display this through his policy and executive decisions

this is something a brain-dead high school kid will do cause he wants to look cool

EDIT: also, he should not be president for this and many other reasons. presidents should be role models that command respect. lots of people say that bush is retarded or w/e thats their opinion, but never had he intentionaly disregarded something like this to make a PERSONAL political statement

how come you didn't put ralph nader in the poll. I think he would fight for the middle class more than any of em.

maybe because no where in the near future would a non democrat or non republican be elected president.

you might see him as a good candidate but regardless he has no chance of winning so it is a waste of space in this poll

yea ur definately right, he has no chance of winning. Its a shame that America is only a two party system. To me, he seems like a damn honest guy.

things like the "obama hand over his heart" scandal make me laugh....especially when people get in an uproar...i had an american flag on the rear window of my last mustang for years...ever since 1999...then 9/11/2001 rolls around and suddenly everybody has one...until the feeling dies down and noone has one anymore....everybody is currently on this "thank the soldiers" kick....support the troops! thank the soldiers!...but i am almost alone when i volunteer down at the va hospital...i'm the only young guy sitting and playing chess with the ww2 guys...my point is there are very few people who can stand up and declare that they are more patriotic than the next guy

i loved bill clinton, i thought he was the coolest president ever...he played the sax, partied like a rock star, got bjs in the oval office...he was awesome.....but i'm not votin for hillary cause ..well...she isnt bill clinton...john mccain kinda seems on edge alot...like hes gonna snap and nuke the chinese cause they held him captive for years....obama seems okay...seems honest....i wish jesse ventura would run...i wish swartzenegger had been born in the usa
