I think lambo doors are cool as hell. But, a lot of people on here will scream rice right at the thought of it.

I've heard you can encounter leaks with them and it's annoying to open the doors that way. I guess it's up to you, but I would do your research for pros and cons first.

Lambo doors look great on stangs but their just too damn expensive. For what it is, bolts and hinges etc. for like 1,500 bucks.... But it depends if you wanna make your stang more of a "show" car. Honestly Id rather get a body kit or performance mods, that would be a better investment

Your are right about the hassle of opening the doors like that all the time? And are the doors heavy to be opening the doors like that??

They come with shocks to help with the weight when lifted...so they can't be THAT heavy. A lot of companies garantee there will be no leaks for as long as their product is on your vehicle. I agree though...they are quite pricey. But if I had an extra 1200, that would be my next appearance mod.

From the article I just read in one of the mustang magazines (I forget which one), the real cost might come in the installation. Lot of work involved in do it. I have mixed feelings about them, and would never do it to my car, but they do look good on some. If you like them, go for it!

I don't think so at all. I think it makes your car stand out and it'll make people's heads totally turn, because you car isn't riced out with graphics and all that. I think on a good looking stang, they're awesome.

I'd go for it if you had the money... I'd love some if they weren't so expensive, and if I didn't have to park in a low clearance garage for school.

I will be one of those people. Dont make a car something its not. I am 16 (using my dads MF sn though) and i hate seeing all these mustangs riced out. My friend has a 1999 GT and he has some crappy body kit on it and 20" rims, nothin under the hood. He says to me everyday My car is better. I always tell him that i will take my dads V-6 over a Riced out V-8.

Vertical doors ARE NOT RICE!!! are lamborghinis rice? NO vertical doors come stock on some of the baddest/fastest and most expensive cars out there lol. Ricers just put them on because their f*n retarded, ricers are posers and you dont put lambo doors on a 4 banger its too bad a**. I say get the lambos why not, at least you have a v8. If your car is not worthy then dont get the lambo doors, so if you really want em GO FOR IT!

You must live where mustang ricers thrive, because I've only seen... maybe... 5 (if even that many) riced ponies in person.

Anyways, if it's a mustang body kit, that's definitely not rice. Huge spoilers, flashy graphics, weird paint, etc... is definitely ricey. Rims are not ricey either... we can't help it the stock ones (except cobras and machs) SUCK! Why not change them?

Anyways, I think the lambo doors are awesome. I think they look awesome on stangs because stangs are SO beautiful. Who wants to see lambo doors on a POS Honda that has all kinds of crap over it?

Go for it man! If people call you a ricer, they're probably just being a hater.

If its a saleen body kit then I dont mind as long as you have the power to back it up. As for the rims, aftermarket 17" and 18" rims are okay, but when you put 20s on a stang im sorry but it looks like s***, you want 20s buy an explorer. I actually like the stock 99 and 00 GT rims, because they are mustang rims. Like i said before dont make a car something its not, and Jimmz, The Saleen S7, Enzo and Lambos are all designed to have vertical doors, the mustang is designed to have regular doors.
