Epic Fail!
 

Sooooooooooooooo....... I just got back from Autozone "AKA Dumbass central". I usually dont go to Autozone because the poeple at this particular store are ****ing lazy and dont know thier assholes from a whole in the ground. Anyways I had to get some oil and some plugs, fairly simple taks right???? WRONG!!! I went to the Royal Purple and see that every type of oil they make is on the shelf except the one I need (5w20). So I go an ask the dude up front if they had anymore in the back and he says to me "Uh sorry dude if its not on the shelf then we dont have any." I said "Well its a pretty popular oil and I doubt that you dont have any (ME knowing that the lazy ****s at this store dont stock shelves." He says "Ok I guess I can check for you since you dont believe me(with a real smart ass tone)." He fumbles around on the computer for a couple minutes and says "Nope we dont have any" and turns the screen around to rub it in my face. I look at the screen and see that in his infinite wisdom he has done a search for royal purple 90 weight gear oil. I point out his mistake and he is like "Oh uh.......I must have hit the wrong button." So I wait a couple more minutes. He finally says "Oh **** we have 33 cases in the back." [:@][:@][:@][:@] He comes back with a case and sets in on the counter. He says "Anything else man?" I say "Yeah I need some autolite HT1's." He comes back with two boxes of them and opens them up and says "Oh **** how did glow plugs get into these spark plug boxes?" I say "No, thats the way they look." He says "Well I know what a spark plug looks like and these are not spark plugs." I say "Dude those are the exact plugs that go in the car and thats what they look like." He says "Well ok if you want these dont blame me when you have to come back and get the right stuff." I walk out to my car and grab one of the extras that I have in my console,walk back into the store, set it on the counter and say "These are the SPARK PLUGS that go into a 2006 mustang GT." He says "Well I aint never seen that **** before." He picks it up and examines it, then he rolls it back onto the counter, but the plug doesnt stop, it rolls off the end of the counter and hits the floor. HE says "Oh **** man let me get that and he walks around the counter thats when I notice that this brilliant soul has his shoes on the wrong mother ****ing feet. HOW THE **** CAN YOU BE THIS RETARDED! I bust out laughing(in my head) and pay for the **** and leave. WHAT THE ****!!!!!!! A down syndrome kid can put his shoes on the right feet!!!

i called one autozone to ask if they had a harmonic ballancer pulley removal tool, and the girl said to me 'huh?'...i explained it was a tool used to remove the crank pulley from the motor and she said 'no we dont have those' and then hung up....:eek:

went to another one and all was well.

yeah, Autozone is full of retards.

I once walked in to buy a IAC valve for a windstar, and there was only 1 ****ING GUY taking care of the customers! The other 3 douchebags were:

1 in "lunch break" (he was outside fiddling with his car)
1 checking and alternator for a customer
1 cleaning up with a mop


WTF!!!!! I did 25 minutes in line because some douchebag decided to buy a muffler for his 1988 s10 POS truck and he had the Autozone guy chech the whole store for the goddamn muffler and he, indeed, found it. But at the end, he only wanted to know the price. WWWWWWTTTTTTTFFFFFFF!!!11!!!



sooo, at the end, finally, my turn:

Autozone guy:Good morning, how ma...
Me: I am looking for an IAC valve for a Windstar 1998 3.8 bla bla bla
A.G: Ok lemme check
Me: (thinking, you better have it mother****er) Make it quick, my wife is in labor and I left food in the oven (bs)
A.G: It's 85.95 and we do have it
Me: (I put a 100 bill in the counter) Bring it.
A.G: (He went to look for it, comes back 5 minutes later) I am sorry, but we are out of stock, would you like to ord...
Me: (Grabbed my bill and turned away) I just wasted 30 minutes of my life in this POS store! I should've gone to Advance!!!


Everyone looked at me with eyes of "WTF", but yeah, Autozone sucks.

most stores like:
kragen,autozone,petco,petsmart.hell even some ford dealerships around here seem to hire complete morons
did i ever tell you guys about the time a salesman ar a ford here tried to tell
me that a vert wasnt heaveir than a coupe?

when you have to work at 9am and went to autozone at 8.45 for a simple IAC valve, you will react the same way I did.

This is why when ordering car parts, I do it on the internet.


If I need general crap, I will go around to one of the stores we got around us, but if it is something I need to ask for them to get in the back, to the internet is is.
