ok, i know this is an outrageous request, but i've been drooling for an SVO in running, turn-key condition. i know that probably will never happen though.
'86 lx/gt 5.0 5spd 'vert. i've had my fun w/ it, but i think it's time to let someone else have a lil fun. i'm interested in all offers for trade...especially another mustang (can you say SVO?)! all offers must be V8 or some sort of hopped up 6banger or turbo 4banger. for 22yrs old, this is a beautiful car! i bought it w/ every intention of making a street rod or TX DPS look-alike but it's near-factory quality is just too pristine to destroy! the rear power windows & power doorlocks do not work...the motors are d.o.a. the tags & inspection are out but it WILL pass inspection w/o any problems! i also have (but the car does not need it), a performance low-temp thermostat...i just havent gotten around to replacing any of these things yet. brand new BBK 3-point strut tower brace(not installed), brand new STEEDA rear swaybar w/ adjustable end links(not installed), new HURST bezel, boot, stick & knob kit...installed. to prove that this car runs & drives, i will bring it to you for closer inspection, if you are within a reasonable drivng distance from the greater waco texas area! it does have a new top w/ rear glass, not that cheap plastic that'll discolor in a couple years!!! almost new DUNLOP tires, new alternator, new fan clutch, new serpentine belt, new battery, new battery cables & terminals, new rear brakes, new wheel bearings on all 4 corners, new tune-up, new low pressure power steering line, new starter, new billet aluminum shorty antenna, new billet aluminum pedals w/ year-correct "GT" logo, new color-matching console armrest w/ built-in cup holder...a feature not offered w/ the factory console armrest! new true dual exhaust w/ FLOWTECH RAPTOR turbo mufflers & factory headers. it also has new after-market driving lights mounted in the factory location! also has a brand new KING COBRA clutch assembly, adjustable clutch cable & solenoid switch. i have almost all receipts for the parts & labor for everything mentioned above! I WILL CONSIDER ANY & ALL TRADES!!! plz let me know if you have any questions, or would like to see more photos because i have plenty!!!
oh yeah, i'm in TX. so any especially interesting trade offers i'll meet half-way, but plz keep in mind my location when inquiring about my car.
