Holy Nasty sighting Batman....where you been....overseas?  Welcome back.

I'm not so sure I would trust a stock crank up to 600 rwhp, 450 or 500 rwhp....possibly .  Why take chances if you're doing pistons and rods is the way I look at it?

My guess is, you'll have to rely heavily on the upgraded cams and heads to get you to 450 or 500 number with a Series II (if that's what you're still running).  LT's will net you some power, though you'll likely sacrifice some boost/PSI for it.  You will have to throw the kitchen sink at cooling mods (upgraded H/E, larger intercooler reservoir tank, Chicane intercooler).  Hook up with Igloo and 04#231SC for a group buy on intercooler

I think you were at around 350 rwhp with your most recent round of work.  Figure, you're making about as much boost as you're going to make with the 2.76 inch Chicane pulley (BTW....you may be able to find a idler pulley to maximize your boost from that mod by preventing belt slippage).

Therefore, you have 100 - 150 rwhp to make up.  Not impossible, but get a fresh pen and the checkbook .  Good luck with the project (you'll have a lot of interested folks here and elsewhere that want to see what set-up is best for a Series II).

I'd love to see you max out the Series II to see what it can do (i'm curious...)...but I don't think you'll be able to hit 500rwhp. The M90's can't compete with a twin screw.

I agree with mills.....why chance blowing up your motor and not forging? If something goes wrong it'll be expensive.

If you've got the dough, drop in a series IV supercharger/whipple/kb, forge it, and stick on a whole bunch of mods. Maybe you could always sell the old blower on here?
