Default Partially Serialized, What Does That Mean

I called the 800 number like I have been doing quite often. I called on Fri Apr 22 and the computer was still on April 20th. I talked to a human just like I do almost every Friday, and she said that my car was partially serialized as of the 20th. Though when I called today, as of April 22 still c/u. How long will it take to go from partially serialized to serialized to buid date? I ordered the G** Dam* thing on Jan 13 2005.

Dude, welcome to "Screw you" brought to you by Ford. Many of us are in the same position as you are. We all share that same boat the seems that it is not going anywhere no matter who we talk to at Ford. I have been a loyal Ford owner since 1986 and that doesn't matter to them. I have been waiting since 11/17/04 just to get serialized and you guessed it, no such animal has arrived while others are getting their orders in a matter of weeks and sometimes days. Is that fair to the rest us? NO!!! Are we going to see our orders? More than likely not. I am in the position right of just giving up all hope for this year.

But back to your original question. A partial serial number is just saying that they have recieved your order and it is in the system. Other than that, IT DON"T MEAN SWAT.

Congrats on being serialized. I hope that means that I am not far behind you in the process. I tried to send you an email but it was undeliverable.

Thanks 05GrayGT...

I guess I need to seriously consider what "stuff" I want to order first so it gets here the same time my car does!

Lemme see.... this plus that, but this thing...dayum... 10 grand in mods... maybe I'll shorten my list a little!
