Rumblefrog -> The Rumblefrog (4/19/2008 2:35:01 PM)

I know this is a Mustang site, but I figured, since my '74 Bronco engine started out as an '89 Mustang GT, this would be okay.  After running it for another 100K miles, I replaced the Mustang engine.  The current engine, with about 4000 miles, started as a 5.0 Shortblock from Ford Racing.  I added AFR 165 heads, E303 cam, Ford Racing 1.7 Roller rockers, high volume oil pump and used the injection from the '89 engine.

The old girl has embarrassed many a ricer.

I did not attempt to edit this video to make it snazzy; it's just raw footage.  Crank up your speakers

I think the 1.7 roller rockers, as opposed to the usual 1.6, give it a little "cammier" idle because of the slightly increased lift.
