I want to put an axle back kit on my 07gt500 any recommendations....i dont wanna go with a cat back system just a axle back....lookin for a real aggressive and throaty sound

im really leanin towards that SLP Loudmouth setup for my SGT. some people tend to not like it, but looks to be pretty aggressive. but then again, its only axle back. just my 2 cents

The Ford Racing 49state Abacks work just fine. Not as loud as some stuff but just fine.

i just sent my order 4 the corsa abacks....found them for 670 shipped which was the cheapest i could find...

I don't think you can go wrong with Corsa......I met some of the reps for Corsa at an AMA race in Ohio a couple years back....very nice people who really know their stuff. They had a Z06 and a Mustang GT there with the Corsa setup on both cars......sounded very very good.

I think you made a wise choice for that awesome car of yours! s ~

Sorry I didn't see your post sooner zporta. I went with the FRPP SGT kit and really like it. It's much louder than stock and pretty agressive and almost zero drone.

I just got my GT500 2 weeks ago. I bought the cold air intake, abacks racing pipes and the tuner at the dealership and that came from the Ford Racing Center ( http://www.fordracingparts.com/home/home.asp )

They put it all on and it remains under warranty. I have read that it adds about 50 rwhp. They pipes sound great. I thought it might be to loud but its not. Good luck

I am having the FRRP Stingers installed with my car at time of deilivery. got them from the dealer for a steal $420....only 4 weeks until I pick her up..she is in Kentucky now..they thought it would have been here by this week...however with my schedule and all I just told them that regardless i would pick up first or 2nd week of June, unless of course it is not in by then.
