Just because you make a statement about a people doesnt make you racist. I dont care about the color of a persons skin, I work with some really cool black guys, but I just dont like ghetto people, no matter if they are black, white or hispanic. But yeah when I go to the ghetto mall here i do notice people walk slow as hell and take up like the whole aisle.

to attach characteristics to someone based on a skin color is racist.  most have to walk slow because of the pants being half way down; if they are dressing that way. I would walk slow too with baggy pants.

He didn't attach the characteristics because of skin color, he simply pointed out a pretty accurate description that does applies to a high percentage of people who happen to be black.
The sirens comment was obviously for humor but the slow comment was dead on accurate.

yes it was racist...look the word racist up...it was by definition a racist comment...cant really argue that one...IT WAS RACIST...however thats not to say it was meant to be hostile...i think thats where people are gettin their panties in a bunch...either way most of this stuff isnt exactly true anyway...not where i live...heres what i've learned is true IN MY EXPERIENCE
1. there are actually more white people listening to rap music than black people
2. more white kids shoplift than black kids (only cause its easier when the store is so busy following the black kids around)
3. it is physically impossible to walk fast if your pants are around your ankles...sorry to the YOUNGER black guys but thats true
4. a black guy is more likely to kill you and steal your wallet or your sneakers
5. a white guy is more likely to kill you and eat you for dinner or mount your head in the basement
in any event stereotypes are a pointless conversation and really are never worth having...my best bud in all the world happens to have darker skin than mine...big deal...i stood at his wedding...he'll stand at mine...we even served together in the military...hes the only human being allowed to borrow my car...friggin awesome human being and some people still look at the guy funny when he walks in my neighborhood...funny world
