so it finally went. . . my elbow is killing me with bursitis/tennis elbow.  has anyone else gotten it from waxing?

i guess i need to use my non dominant hand and/or change my waxing motion

Yes, about 3 weeks ago I washed & waxed my conversion van by hand and my right arm is still killing me!
I've thought about getting one of those Mother's Power Balls but I don't want to burn the paint or leave swirl marks.

Yeah I've gotten that before too. Lately its been my back while operating my flex polisher. Sometimes my shoulder will give me trouble from time to time, but I think thats the effects of drumming the last few years.

lol yeah i had to quit drumming from bursitis in my right shoulder. . . i would wake up in the middle of the night with stabbing pain. . no fun haha
