I try to lay around as long as possible, followed by water.

I've only been feeling crappy after a night of drinking once in the last 3 months.

I cut back on my stupidity.

Just remember to wake up every hour or so and drink a full glass of water all the way until you wake up. And 4th meal the night before really really helps too.

Morning after I switch it up though. Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin water, whatever really.
