I have no clue about it really though...I hear there are some underground raves down here where you can get some of it...but it's not what it's claimed to be like in Amsterdam or anything - no holusination--no seeing **** that aint there, stuff like that. Just what I've heard from those that know people that Rave.

I tried what a bunch of people called "absinthe" but it tasted a hell of alot like yager and I saw no green lady. I saw something about it on the history channel and apparently it was so awesome that the pope banned it and the original recipe was "forever lost"

My advice, get drunk and take acid. If it makes you feel any better your could put the acid into some vodka and put green food coloring in it. Still gay but its as good as it gets I guess.

Nah, i dont want the hallucinationogenic version, apparently theres a bunch of different kinds.  The old school one that makes you all trippy has been banned, but theres a different blend thats just a really powerful alcohol, but that one may or may not be legal still.  Which is why im askin.

I had one version of it.  It definetly didn't make me hallucinate, but it was 140 proof an I had a lot.  Tastes similiar to jager, but much stronger.  It was one of my friends bottles that he brought back from some vacation.  I don't think any version will make you hallucinate, but it'll get you drunk

I've heard that it will make you hallucinate but I'm not sure as I've never tried it. I have also heard you can make your own that WILL make anyone hallucinate. One shot of everclear into a glass, then take a spoon of sugar and pour water over the spoon and let it run off into the glass of EC...put in the freezer for 15 mins.

yeah they have special absinthe spoons you put over the glass, then put a sugar cube on the spoon, and pour cold water over the cube and it drips through holes in the spoon into the drink.

I have made this myself, and yes it is illegal.  However, they did start producing a legal version of it, it is just not the same though.  If you are going to make it yourself, be careful and get your supplies and instructions from a reputable source, and be VERY wary of trying someone elses, as it can hurt you permanantly, mentally and physically.

Lol, while I was in Europe over the summer I bought a bottle of "Absinthe". All that **** was just hopped up peppermint schnapps. I had a bad headache and some lucid dreams and thats it. Nothing tight about it. The part that's funny is you can buy "absinthe kits" on ebay and make your own. Some of the ingredients are crazy like detergents and bleach

Wormwood is the extract with the "hallucinogenic" properties. Its a poison and will NOT be found in any of the versions sold here in the states. Someone told me the REAL stuff is even hard to find overseas and you almost HAVE to pour it over sugar and water because the stuff is so bitter it will make you want to vomit.

You want something that tastes like shyt and makes you trip?

Eat some mushrooms. WAYYYYY better effects - That I guarantee!!!!
Much easier to get ahold of, much cheaper to buy, much more potent effects and you won't get hurt unless you eat like a half ounce and manage to keep it down.
