sounds like you just need to get new electronics for it. You shouldnt run the car with it unplugged its not good for the car. I would say get the C&L 76mm kit but you will still have to get new electronics because they use the stock electronics

What problems were you having? I have hesitation problems, Im pretty sure its my fuel pump. When I unplugged my MAF, it idled like crap, i didnt even want to try driving it. I smelled lots of gas and the idle was going up and down a lot like almost stalling out. So I guess my MAF is okay?

did it hesitate all the time? or like just at startup?

Like after I drive around a little bit and give it a few revs, it runs perfect. Sometimes I get some bogging if I try to slam gears too fast.

no actually ive had some REALLY strange things with it...its runs fine right at start up for about 20 secs then hesitates horribly but if i shut it off and turn it back on really fast i can get another 20 secs outta it till the computer tells it to do somethin so i guess the maf was tellin it to do somethin it shouldnt be

sounds like you need to adjust the TPS or the TPS is bad.

a lot of people told me the fuel pump is bad, I have a fuel pressure gauge under the hood, when I rev it right after startup, the pressure drops slightly then goes up like it should, the engine hesitates for a sec as the pressure drops for a sec.

I plan to run a KB in the very near future, would a 255 be too big? The 190 supports 575 HP, but I dont really want to be limited b/c what if I dump some race gas in and crank the boost up at the track, this would be on a built motor btw.

if you are going to be getting that much HP you are going to need to upgrade the fuel lines and everything too. the 255 is going to be big but the car only pulls enough fuel to supply the car to run

So maybe just stick with a smaller pump for now until I can afford one of those aeromotive kits or something?

NVM just looked at your chart, looks like it will be fine for my current application for a few months. Thanks a lot.
