so i just got done reading several articles saying you cant boost hp high enought to feel a difference or make your car quicker than it already is?
i have done numerous mods such as cold air intake, full dual exhaust, engine tuner, more powerfull ignition system, short throw kit, headers, performance clutch, high flow fuel injectors, and i dyno tested my v6 and i was producing 274 rwhp and stock was 197 rwhp and thats almost as a v8 unless mistaken so how is this possible?
thanks for any replies

Exactly what question are you asking?  Are you asking if it is possible to feel the difference in horsepower, or if its possible that you are making that much horsepower?  To the first, yes you can feel differences in horsepower so long as they are significant.  For instance, you would feel the difference a supercharger makes, but not a CAI.  To the second, no way do you have 274 rwhp with any year V6 mustang with just a CAI, full exhaust, and an engine tuner for mods, do you have anything else? Was the dyno legit?

Well I remember reading a thread about myths regarding if modifying your car in California was legal or not. Is that what your are asking? If not, ask your self, can I feel the difference between 197rwhp and 274rwhp? Where were these articles you were reading from? I mean I've been puttering around the s197 v6 board from time to time and from what I understand they can notice a significant difference with just a intake and and tune. (On the Butt Dyno at least)

Your Sixxier stock was not making 197whp. It's not making 274whp w/ your mods either. That's about all I gathered from your post....

Internals and forced induction give you a good notice but know the limit of the internals and trans other wise you will have to do alot of repairing the parts.
