Let me get this right.
There's a turn only lane and you're the second car AFTER it has already turned yellow.
You cut right around the car, then back left and proceed to turn left, ALL WHILE STILL YELLOW?
****, you're good.
I'd have given you whatever I could find. Odds are you're one of those left on red fellows that figures "what can one more car through this light hurt."
I hate those guys

When you registered on the forums it says you will not talk bad about the LEO's and you will repect peoples opinions even if you do not share them. You Fail...
That being said, IT's ALWAYS worth it to hire a Lawyer. He'll get it knocked down to something less no matter what. Even if you pay twice as much to the lawyer, your record will not be as tarnished.
