late night nomming
what kind of snacks do you guys munch on this time of night? or other times between meals?
i've got a thing for hard boiled eggs. my god, they're
amazing. i've probably had 10-15 from 9 till now.
high in protein, great for me, i'm trying to really pack on some serious muscle (creatine, glutamine, also protein every 3 hours).
anyway, what do you guys like to munch on? favorite snack food?
